Reducing the Risk of Costly Employment Practices
High-dollar lawsuits and a tarnished reputation stemming from employee rights violations are problems no school or district wants to face. How your staff handles hiring, firing, and other employment matters will determine your organization’s liability.

Even with thorough policies and procedures, your employment practices could open the door to unnecessary and costly risk.

In this webinar, we will identify unlawful employment practices, explain their impact, and share best practices for ensuring employees’ rights are not violated.
