Lucas Anderson joined TASB Risk Management Services in May 2019. He has more than 10 years of experience in the fields of cybersecurity, network administration, and information technology. Lucas has supported both public and private organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton, the White House Office of Management and Budget, the Department of Defense, and the Texas Association of Counties. Lucas advises districts on preemptive mitigation against ongoing and emerging cybercriminal threats targeting the education sector, as well as regulatory compliance related to cybersecurity regulation. Lucas holds multiple technical certifications such as Cisco Interconnecting Devices (ICND), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). Additionally, he has a master's degree in international affairs from George Washington University and bachelor's degrees in English and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin.
